Founded in 1994, the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) is the national veteran service organization (VSO) providing comfort, compassionate care, and resources to 550,000 surviving families of fallen U.S. military soldiers.
TAPS resources and programs are available to all those grieving the death of their loved one(s) who served to protect America’s freedom regardless of their relation to the deceased, the circumstance of death, or the duty status at the time of their death
